As
International Commercial Director you will be responsible for Rights & Brands’ international business as part of our management team. It is your role to own and drive our 3-year sales growth plan, as well as lead and support our Nordic-based international sales staff and sub-agents. In addition, you are responsible for scaling our international sales programs, growing agency network sales as well as Nordic IP brand representations. You will be part of the management team and report directly to the CEO.

To be the right person for this role, you will need to be passionate about sales, creative business development and scaling the international business. You will have previous experience in international sales and have an established international network. You enjoy networking and have great interpersonal skills that you use to further expand your network. You also have a passion for Nordic storytelling, art and design, and strive to continue driving Rights & Brands success and progress.
Professional qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 10 years of similar background within licensing, brand development, retail or related business fields
- Experience with international sales and leadership
- Excellent English writing and pitching
